A review of all raw materials provided for each product is recommended prior to order to assure safe usage. Since soaps are made by hand, dimension size, color, and designs might slightly vary. The soaps contain 5 to 8% super fat, therefore, it is important to keep them dry between usage. Using a soap dish that allows the bottom of the soap to dry is recommended.
Handmade soaps are not natural products, however, they are made from natural raw materials and are soaps by definition (sodium salt of fatty acids).
Read the warning signs on the bottom of the candle container before use.
All information received for the orders will be used strictly for orders and payment. All card payment information is not being stored by us nor by Godaddy.
Payments
CT residence will be charged a sale tax of 6.35%. Sales taxes may apply during check out.
Shipments
Please make sure your name and address are correctly typed, as once the shipment is made, it will be hard to retrieve the package.
Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email confirming your package has been shipped with the tracking number.
If there is a need to expedite a shipment, please contact us to make arrangements.
Returns and exchanges
While your satisfaction is our main goal, we gladly accept order cancellations or exchanges before shipment. Please request cancellation as soon as possible. Once we ship your order, we will not be able to refund you. Contact us promptly if you have any problem with your order. It helps us to resolve any issues easier.
